RITZ CARLTON CANCELLATION POLICY
All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. If a reservation is cancelled within 21-14 days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the deposit of the first and last night’s stay. If reservation is cancelled with 13 days prior to arrival, the individual will be charged the entire length of stay.

HILTON GARDEN INN CANCELLATION POLICY
All room reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours and up until the day of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax late cancellation fee. If attendee does not arrive and does not cancel his/her reservation, then the attendee will be charged one night’s room and tax no show fee.
