When it comes to maintaining or improving CMS Star Ratings, Medicare Advantage Part D (MAPD) plans must devise ways to optimize their quality ratings amid fluctuating cut points and limited resources. Even high-performing plans must think of new and innovative tactics in order to maintain their CMS Star Ratings and achieve continuous improvement year over year. The right blend of partnership, resources, and effective timing is critical for continuous optimization, particularly in addressing triple-weighted CMS Star Ratings medication adherence measures.

This webinar will address the challenge of enhancing pharmacy-quality improvement programs by highlighting one health insurance provider’s approach to improving members’ medication adherence. A health insurance provider and a predictive analytics and clinical services company will co-present a webinar that features discussion of the provider’s aim to continuing enhancing its 4-star program and how the ongoing organizational partnership has been a critical component in realizing this goal.

She also held roles at The Brookings Institution and the Puget Sound Health Alliance.

She has experience in a broad variety of pharmacy practice settings and is a strong advocate for advancing the pharmacist’s role within the health care system.
