Teresa Johnson joined CDPHP in 1999 and currently serves as vice president of sales innovation. In this role, she oversees product development, market intelligence and analytics, employer engagement, sales administration, membership enrollment, and billing functions. Throughout her tenure, Teresa has held various management positions in the sales, marketing, and corporate administration divisions.
Teresa’s extensive experience and leadership at CDPHP have contributed greatly toward the development and success of the company’s strong product portfolio and strategic business initiatives. Her expertise helps the Plan continuously bring innovative products to market that promote quality care, ease of use, healthy behaviors, and affordability.
Teresa holds a Master of Science in organization management from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY, and a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from Siena College in Loudonville, NY. She is a certified project management professional (PMP) and has also received an executive scholar designation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Stephanie has spent the past six years at Chipotle Mexican Grill creating an innovative culture of wellbeing by providing physical, financial, emotional and community resources that inspire each employee to live their best life. Stephanie continually strives to explore new ideas and partnerships that bring her passion of elevating the employee experience to life.
