The COVID-19 pandemic has changed life as we know it. Yet legacy systems, data silos and error-prone manual processes continue to create friction, prevent proactive customer service and impede delivery of personalized care.

Learn how Gateway Health is using connected technology to overcome these challenges quickly – through a combination of core admin ecosystem transformation, business-process-as-a-service and a new member experience solution. A modern ecosystem provides proactive customer service and personalized care, while keeping member health and provider relations at the center of all operations. This enables the Gateway Health vision of “caring for the whole person in all communities where the need is greatest.”
