Dr. Scott Mancuso, MD
Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Mancuso is a leader in the development of value-based model innovations, clinical curriculum, and driving performance-driven cultures.

He currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of Western Region at Landmark Health in Huntington Beach, CA. Landmark Health is a value-based, risk bearing interdisciplinary, medical provider group providing home-based primary care services to 100,000 patients across Medicare Advantage, managed Medicaid, and commercial insurance businesses in 13 states.  Dr. Mancuso drives organizational level initiatives focused on model design of palliative care, hospital management, post-acute care, provider training, and utilization management.

Prior to joining Landmark, Dr. Mancuso held numerous clinical medical leadership positions at CareMore Medical Enterprises/Anthem, Inc. In his most recent role as the Chief Medical Officer of CareMore Inside, Dr. Mancuso was responsible for leading the clinical assessment of and collaboration with health system and health plan partners in their transformation from volume-based fee-for-service care delivery to value-based care models. Dr. Mancuso has 12 years of experience providing direct clinical care and management of Hospital Medicine practices. He also has over 10 years of experience providing Palliative Care consultation and Hospice care for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.

After completing his medical degree at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY, Dr. Mancuso went on to the Banner University Medical Center at the University of Arizona to complete his residency in Internal Medicine. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine.


Mirabelle Cabiling, RN, CCM

As a highly experienced Registered Nurse, Mirabelle has worked in a variety of healthcare settings ranging from inpatient, sub-acute, skilled nursing facilities to home care serving clients across the age continuum from pediatrics to the geriatric population. With more than 14 years of combined healthcare and medical management expertise, she specializes in ongoing process improvement, strategic planning, training, auditing, and performance coaching. She has worked closely with patients/members, vendors, providers, and healthcare leaders to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines related to quality care delivery. Prior to joining VirtualHealth, she directly managed and supported care management teams consisting of registered nurses, clinical social workers, and care coordinators. She leads interdepartmental initiatives resulting in innovative technology solutions, increased staff productivity, and enhanced outreach and care planning efforts for Medicare, Medicaid, and LTSS beneficiaries.
