Health insurance providers want to build a resilient digital business to combat the rapid changes and lead from the edge with AI solutions. While many have loaded AI solutions into their shopping carts, most are still assessing the risk and reward before proceeding to purchase. AI adoption’s impact on business can be profound but it is important to distinguish between hype and reality to achieve expected outcomes. NTT DATA recently conducted an AI study with Oxford Economics to provide clarity on what both leaders and associates are experiencing around security, privacy, and lack of transparency of the automated decision systems.
This webinar will help health insurance providers look beyond the AI hype and focus on solving the most compelling business problems that AI can solve for their organization. It will help create a charter to integrate processes and AI-enabled technologies with a measured and realistic approach to every aspect of the business, from provider data management to enhancing the member experience. The speakers will discuss key strategies to minimize data risks, privacy violations, and security breaches. We will also focus on the need to embrace the power and responsibility associated with AI, as well as the best approach to implementing governance and ethics programs to continually review all AI initiatives to ensure the right outcomes, as AI continues to learn.
