Shashi Yadiki, President of NTT DATA Services Health Plan Group, serves as Executive Director and Global Business Head of the health plan segment within the Healthcare & Life Sciences business unit. He is responsible for go-to-market strategy, customer satisfaction, innovation, solutions, P&L, and delivery to NTT DATA’s health plan customers. Shashi transformed the health plan vertical using a solution-centric approach focusing on consumerism, billing and enrollment, integrated care management, utilization management, and fraud & abuse.
He was previously with Wipro for more than 15 years where he served in multiple roles across different geographies globally, as business head for the transportation, hospitality, and leisure industries where he was responsible for P&L, strategy, delivery, and operations for the unit.
Shashi has a Master’s of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore & an Advanced Program Management certificate from Stanford University.
