Rob has spent the last 30 years at Accenture in a variety of client facing roles driving client value for leading payers in the industry. He is currently the Accenture Payer Back Office Lead and his primary responsibility is helping clients define and drive their Intelligent Payer Operations agenda. Rob is also responsible for Accenture’s Back Office innovation research and development, and thought capital. Rob graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln got his MBA / MHS degree from the University of Florida.
Mike brings extensive experience from a variety of change initiatives across payer functions, with a focus in core administrative functions including benefits administration, group and member services, and claims. Mike leads Accenture Health’s Claims practice in client journeys to increase payment accuracy; drive automation, digital, and analytical capabilities; and deliver Intelligent Payer platform and operational transformations.
