about

As the health care system shifts to value-based care, the goals of health insurance providers and care providers are more aligned than ever before: improve quality care and the patient/member experience, while reducing costs. Achieving these shared goals requires more and better collaboration between health insurance providers and care providers —and labs are uniquely positioned to support their efforts.

This webinar explores the ways in which labs can support health plan/provider collaboration for value-based care, specifically in the areas of care and disease management and reducing administrative burdens.

Attendees will learn:

  • How health insurance providers are currently collaborating with care providers to advance value-based care
  • How labs can support this collaboration by focusing their strengths to close gaps in care/associated metrics, and support predictive analytics programs associated with a greater variety of serious diagnoses
  • Contracting and tools to reduce administrative burdens, improve the member experience, and drive net promoter score improvements
  • What lab-supported health plan/provider collaboration looks like in action, and how it can help improve outcomes
