Dr. Lindsay Henderson is a clinical psychologist and Director of Psychological Services with American Well. She received her undergraduate education at St Lawrence University and Masters & Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College. Prior to joining American Well, Dr. Henderson was a staff psychologist at McLean Hospital in the Boston area and Clinical Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, where she specialized in working with adolescents and their families. As director of American Well’s therapy program, Dr. Henderson focuses on fostering connection, learning, and professional development for the 900+ therapists across the 50 states, as well as the development treatment programs to address specific clinical needs such as chronic illness, pain management, and addiction. She also actively sees therapy patients on the system, and absolutely loves practicing in a telehealth setting.

Marie Renzi, is the Director of Health Plan and Employer Engagement for American Well. In her role, Marie works to develop marketing strategies that fuse the latest category research with membership trends to drive strong business results for American Well’s Health Plan and Employer clients. Prior to coming to American Well Marie led marketing strategy and execution for LiveHealth Online Anthem’s white label telehealth solution. Driving marketing strategies and campaigns that increased engagement in virtual care for urgent care, psychology and psychiatry among Anthem’s commercial, Medicare and Medicaid membership driving significant cost of care savings and improving consumer access to quality care.
