Cynthia Nustad, Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, HMS
Cynthia Nustad serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for the company’s strategy and roadmap, integration of new product and technology capabilities, and the evolution and growth of our technology and analytics services and solutions. She previously served as HMS’s Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Cynthia’s 20 years of information technology management experience spans technical start-ups to complex Fortune 100 companies and includes executive experience in enterprise technology, business transformation, product development and innovation. She has held a variety of business and technology executive leadership positions at several companies including Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield now Cambia, OAO Health Care Solutions, and Anthem. She brings extensive experience in technology and health care to HMS and she is an active industry speaker.

Cynthia earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), a master’s degree in public health from UCLA, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon. She and her teams have received numerous industry awards and in 2013 she was awarded the Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader award.

 

Gary Call, M.D., Chief Medical Officer, HMS
Dr. Gary Call is the Chief Medical Officer at HMS Holdings Corporation. He is the clinical leader at HMS and is responsible for development and oversight of clinical programs. Dr. Call has more than 20 years of experience in both active practice clinical medicine and managed health care leadership. Dr. Call is a licensed physician and board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
