Previously, Begonya held several positions with UMB Financial Corporation, including Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President, Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and Director of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations. Before UMB, Begonya worked in investment banking with Citigroup, consulted with Deloitte in London, worked in Germany for BOSCH, and spent the first years of her career working in the banking industry in Spain.
