Health insurance providers are challenged with demonstrating their value to their employer clients. Employer reporting is one area that can have a huge impact on client satisfaction. But finding a way to deliver credible, actionable reporting with consultative support that employers see value in isn’t easy. The result of a disappointing reporting experience is dissatisfied clients, leading to a client list of employers that shops health insurance providers annually instead of building a long-term partnership with the provider that currently serves its member population.
Our two subject matter experts will discuss the employer reporting needs and the type of services employers wish they could get from their health insurance providers; ways to deliver on these aspirational expectations; and the resulting increase in employer satisfaction and its positive impacts on the health insurance business.
