Exhibitor Staffing Rules And Recommendations

  • Exhibiting staff may enter the Exhibit Hall through the designated entrance on Tuesday, June 6, Wednesday, June 7, and Thursday, June 8 mornings.
  • Please be prepared to show your badge to the security guard at the door each time you enter.
  • Attendees will not be allowed to enter the Exhibit Hall before the start of the Opening Luncheon at 11:15 am, Wednesday, June 6.
  • We will not be clearing the Exhibit Hall after each event. Some of the attendees may opt to stay in the hall to continue discussions with exhibitors, study the available products and conduct business.   We strongly recommend that you plan to have at least one staff member scheduled in your booth at all times between the hours of 9:30am and 7:00pm on Thursday, June 8.
  • Should you wish to bring in client(s) prior to 9:30am on Thursday, June 8, you will need to personally escort them past the Security Staff. Please alert AHIP staff if you are planning any an early morning event, so that we may help facilitate.
  • AHIP will have security guards at the each door during the day. All guests entering the Exhibit Hall must be wearing an official conference badge. For safety and security, there will be no exceptions to this rule.
  • AHIP will have overnight security in the hall, but only to cover the main entrances on a roving schedule. We highly recommend that all valuables be either locked in your booth, or taken back to your hotel room.  Should you need a guard specifically for your booth, please contact Lela Martinez at lmartinez@ahip.org for security company recommendations in Austin.
