ICER Analytics: A New Benefit for AHIP Member Organizations

ICER Analytics is a cloud-based platform comprised of two tools—the Evidence Compendium™ and Interactive Modeler™. The platform facilitates the use of ICER’s evidence reports and underlying analyses by decision-makers as they develop medical policy, plan drug development, and plan for drug costs.

ICER is an independent, non-profit research organization with more than 15 years’ experience evaluating the evidence on the clinical and economic value of prescription drugs, medical tests, devices, and other health system delivery innovations. ICER also engages with leading academic scholars, patient groups, clinical experts, health insurance providers, and other key stakeholders as part of its evidence review process. The results of this rigorous research drive the ICER Analytics tool.

Access to ICER Analytics is free to all AHIP Member Organizations. AHIP Member Organizations interested in starting their subscription are encouraged to email Amanda Mehlman, ICER’s Strategic Partnerships Team, at analytics@icer.org.

What is ICER Analytics?

Now offered as a benefit for AHIP Member Organizations, ICER Analytics™ is ICER’s cloud-based platform that facilitates the use of ICER’s evidence reports and underlying analyses by decisionmakers as they develop medical policy, plan drug development, and plan for drug costs.

Comprised of two tools – the ICER Evidence Compendium™ and the ICER Interactive Modeler™ – the platform gives users a customizable way to analyze and apply ICER’s value benchmarks, cost-effectiveness results, comparative clinical effectiveness judgements, patient testimony about important benefits and considerations, policy recommendations, and the underlying ICER economic models themselves.

How can it help AHIP Member Organizations?

ICER Analytics will allow AHIP Member Organizations to search and sort through evidence-based reports, create customized data analyses, and explore new ways to apply evidence as they work toward a health system based on fair value and effectiveness.

What does it cost AHIP Member Organizations?

There is no cost to you. As an AHIP Member Organization, a subscription to ICER Analytics is being offered for free as part of your AHIP member benefits.
