Amy Ingham is a Health Policy Director at Anthem Inc. where she supports Medicaid public policy development and advocacy work. Previously, Amy managed public policy analysis on programs serving individuals accessing long-term services and supports as well as those dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
Her previous experience includes serving as director of federal policy for Medicaid Health Plans of America, a national trade association representing Medicaid managed care plans, and as a legislative assistant handling health care policy for Congresswoman Mary Bono (R-CA). Amy received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University.
