Ben Williams
Program Principal, Elections & Redistricting, NCSL
Ben Williams is a principal in NCSL’s Elections and Redistricting program. Along with the program director, he manages NCSL’s portfolios on redistricting, partisan composition of legislatures, and alternative voting systems. Before coming to NCSL, Ben was a public policy researcher at Princeton University. He has a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.A. from Tulane University.
