Caitlin Donovan

Caitlin brings to Circulation experience optimizing operations in the healthcare space to maximize client revenue potential in a cost efficient manner. She previously developed and implemented a new operating model at CareCentrix, a home health specialty benefit manager. Prior to working in healthcare operations, Caitlin worked at Summit Partners where she was responsible for improving the valuation of portfolio companies utilizing operational tactics. She focused on leveraging Lean techniques to optimize operating models, improve sales operations, and enhance supply chains. She also spent four years as an investor at BainCapital Credit (formerly Sankaty Advisors).
