Over the last 25 years, Cindy Frost has spent her career in health and wellness, working for organizations dedicated to improving the lives of the members they serve. In 2006, Cindy joined Tivity Health where she oversaw the relationship with some of the largest health plans responsible for offering the SilverSneakers program with the goal of positively impacting members’ health and controlling healthcare costs.
Today, she leads the WholeHealth Living Product Team at Tivity Health, dedicated to making alternative therapies available as the first line of care to the millions of Americans managing Musculoskeletal conditions and pain. Cindy’s passion for this cause is fueled by her personal experience managing lower back pain. Seeing first-hand the impact MSK conditions can have on overall quality of life, as well as the ineffective nature of some of the more traditional care paths, she has dedicated her career to developing innovative products that change the way MSK treatment is delivered to others who are living in pain.
