As a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience, Dawn has training in health plan operations, technology, development, and implementation. Having seen the industry from all sides, she is able to leverage this knowledge to act as a bridge between clinicians, technology, and business partners.

Dawn has the ability to use her experience across multiple health plan lines of business to help her colleagues and clients understand why things are done, what language does or doesn’t work, and how to best convey solutions.
