Debbie Sylvester, DNP, GNP
Director, Geriatrics, Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA)
Debbie Sylvester is a board certified Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and is the Director of Geriatrics at CCA. Debra has more than 25 years of leadership and clinical experience in caring for older adults, within the managed care space.
She has developed and led several divisions within CCA, including; the division for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Transitions of Care and the Geriatrics Division. Debra holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Yale University. Debra also holds a Master’s in Nursing Science degree from MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Master’s in Business Management degree from Lesley University.
