Erika Bower, PharmD, BCACP, CPHQ

Erika Bower is the Pharmacy Quality Senior Manager at UCare in Minnesota where she oversees programs for pharmacy quality measures and the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University and completed two years of residency training at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis (PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice & PGY-2 Ambulatory Care). Prior to working for UCare, Erika was a MTM pharmacist practitioner embedded within primary care and specialty clinics. Her primary interests are promoting public health initiatives for safe and effective use of medications, pharmacy quality, and MTM.
