Franziska Rokoske, PT, MS. Ms. Rokoske is Head of Population Health and Equity at RTI Health Advance. She has expertise in healthcare quality and outcomes, development of quality measures and implementation of public quality reporting programs (CMS), healthcare value transformation, implementation of value-based care models, and health policy. Her previous experience includes commercial payer, contract research (federal and state agencies), quality improvement, and clinical practice in various clinical care delivery settings. She has served on national technical expert panels convened by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and the National Quality Forum (NQF) regarding quality of care and health outcomes. Ms. Rokoske’s experience enables her to provide expert guidance on a breadth of healthcare topics with the goal of improving population health and furthering the goals of healthcare value transformation and health equity.
