Dr Jeff Stanley is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
He is a Medical Director and practicing physician with Virta Health. He is licensed to practice medicine in all 50 states and treats patients with type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome via telemedicine nationwide. The most rewarding part of his job is helping patients safely get off medications like insulin. His responsibilities also include physician and healthcare provider outreach. He was formerly a primary care physician and hospitalist and is a volunteer instructor for medical students at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon.
