Jennifer McGrath

Jennifer has spent a good portion of her career guiding large companies through transformational change as a consultant. She has a background in both IT and business consulting. Jennifer has implemented many transformational programs in the healthcare industry during her more than two decades in healthcare. She spent significant time directing medical cost-management initiatives for Florida Blue and has been working for Florida Blue for more than 10 years. During this time and in the early years of episodes, Jennifer implemented prospective episode bundling for Florida Blue from both the network and infrastructure perspectives. Additionally, Jennifer has been involved with many aspects of value-based care implementations. Jennifer is currently working on specialty value-based initiatives and specialty performance optimization. Jennifer has held several director and senior manager positions throughout Florida Blue, and she is excited about the evolutionary work that she does in this space, bringing knowledge and collaboration to the community to slow disease progression.
