Justin Quall is the Vice President of Strategic Finance at Commonwealth Care Alliance. In his current role, he leads business case development and analytics for various growth opportunities, including several types of government-sponsored health plans. Previously, he enjoyed caring directly for patients as an EMT. Justin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from DePauw University.
