Lori Taylor serves as a Senior Program Manager of Drivers of Health Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Blue NC, Lori consulted with healthcare providers on diabetes management, quality improvement and delivery transformation. Lori has been with Blue Cross NC for over seven years. Her previous roles include developing Independent primary care strategy, leading implementation of new Advanced Primary Care providers in NC, designing and implementing a home based palliative care pilot. In her current role, Lori is the business owner for Drivers of Health model tests from concept to implementation to evaluation of outcomes, experience and reduced medical expenses.
