Lucille Accetta is Senior Vice President & Head of CVS Specialty Operations, where she oversees CVS Health’s specialty pharmacies as well as care management programs. Her responsibilities include mail and retail specialty pharmacy, home infusion and nutrition care, nurse care management, digital innovation, and prescriber connectivity. Previously, she was Vice President, Global Operations, Patient Solutions at a leading pharmaceutical company managing multiple sclerosis and respiratory patient support programs in 35 countries throughout the U.S., Europe, South America, Canada, South Africa and emerging markets.
As Senior Vice President & Head of CVS Specialty Operations, Lucille oversees CVS Health’s specialty pharmacies as well as care management programs, which serve over 1.4 million patients with complex and chronic conditions. Her responsibilities include mail and retail specialty pharmacy, home infusion and nutrition care, nurse care management, digital innovation, and prescriber connectivity.
Prior to CVS Health, she was Vice President, Global Operations, Patient Solutions at a leading pharmaceutical company managing multiple sclerosis and respiratory patient support programs in 35 countries throughout the U.S., Europe, South America, Canada, South Africa and emerging markets. She also held national and international leadership roles in specialty and product management at other pharmacy benefit managers for 14 years.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy in New York, an MBA from Fordham University, and a Master’s in Health Policy and Management from New York Medical College.
