Luis Cerda

Luis is the Former Medicare Stars Program Regional Director at Cigna and brings 10 years of experience in the CMS Medicare Star Ratings Program to Rex Wallace Consulting. His tenure in Star Ratings includes working as a Director for both the northeast region’s markets at Cigna and at MCS in Puerto Rico. During this time, he helped all contracts assigned to him improve at least half a star within 1 to 2 years. Before entering the healthcare industry, he worked as an investment analyst and as a high school teacher. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Puerto Rico – Rio Piedras.
