Matt Groff

Matt is a Chicago-based Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy, aligned within the Health practice. He has over fifteen years of experience leading teams in the health care sector. Matt has focused his career on the changing relationship between payers and providers. He has significant experience in areas such as financial performance, provider network development, joint ventures, value based care, and operational strategy.

Beginning his career as a CPA, Matt has developed deep expertise in financial performance, analytics, and strategy. Building on those skills, Matt has pursued experiences which address specific health and wellness needs within populations and clinical models which optimize economic and human resource application to the disease burden within those populations. He has developed a whole person/whole industry perspective which focuses on the intertwining relationships between patients, providers, and payors.
