Michelle Marchese

Michelle Marchese is the director of Care Delivery Analytics at BCBSM where she leads provider analytics and reporting to support BCBSM’s Value-Based Reimbursement programs. Michelle’s team identifies, designs and implements evidence-based metrics and creates and distributes the reporting needed to support provider change. Trained as an epidemiologist, Michelle began her career at the state health department before dedicating herself to practitioner analytics. While Michelle received her PhD and MPH from Northwestern University, she remains loyal to her first alma mater, the Michigan Wolverines.
