Neetu Rajpal
Chief Technology Officer, Oscar Health
Neetu Rajpal is the Chief Technology Officer at Oscar. She oversees Oscar's fully cloud native distributed software stack and the IT infrastructure. She is passionate about improving the healthcare experience for members, providers and partners by applying appropriate technology to really difficult and complicated problems.
Prior to Oscar, Neetu led the R&D team with the Product and Engineering disciplines at Conductor as the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Technology Officer. At Conductor, she led the product through transformational scale and growth that contributed to double digit revenue growth and recognition by Forrester as the most innovative solution in the space.
Neetu spent her early career at Microsoft, where she held various leadership roles and impacted multiple product lines across the enterprise and platform solutions ranging from SQL Server to Office 365. She was awarded two patents for her work on the XML platform.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Pace University in NY and an MBA in Technology Management from University of Washington.
