Pamme Lyons-Taylor, PhD

Chief Social Impact Officer, Elevance Health

Dr. Pamme Lyons-Taylor is a passionate social-healthcare architect, product leader, and disability/health equity advocate serving as Elevance Health’s Chief Social Impact Officer. Most recently, Pamme served as Chief Social Innovation Officer at Nightingale Partners – a private equity firm focused on Opportunity Zone Investments. Prior to joining Nightingale, Pamme served as Vice President, Community Impact at WellCare, and as Executive Director of the WellCare Community Foundation where she was the primary architect of the Community Impact Model, a fully integrated social support care management product built inside a national managed care organization.

She has served in senior executive roles in health-related social needs management at United Healthcare, LA Care Health Plan and more. Pamme holds multiple degrees including a PhD in Public Health from Walden University, a Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration from University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Communications from California State University in Fullerton. Her recent awards include a 2020 International Innovation Award from The Commonwealth Fund and a 2019 Disability Icon Award from The Able Trust.
