Rina Shah

Senior Policy Analyst, Healthcare and Insurance (HI), U.S. Office of Personnel Management

Rina Shah serves as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Program Analysis and Development group (PAD) within Program Development and Support (PDS). Rina is a co-lead for the Automated Data Collection (ADC) and provides policy support for Postal Reform, the Pharmacy Program, and the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program.

Prior to joining PAD, Rina worked on the Multi-State Plan Program. She has been with OPM since 2011, when she entered federal service as Presidential Management Fellow (PMF). As a PMF, Rina completed a rotation in the office of Senator Michael Bennet supporting his work for the Senate HELP and Finance committees. Before joining OPM, Rina graduated with a J.D. from the University of Houston. She also holds a Master of Science in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
