As Director of Diabetes Marketing at Byram, Robert is responsible for all marketing programs that support Direct to Consumer, Business to Business and Sales Support. He is also responsible for the management of Byram’s Premier App, ByramConnectTM. Robert has been in healthcare for the past 20 years working for or on accounts such as, NBTY, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Blue, UPMC, Optum Rx and Cecelia Health.
Robert is a results-focused, analytical marketing leader with proven ability to leverage data and technology to drive business growth. He has extensive experience in creating programs that benefit patients utilizing, cross-sell & retention marketing across digital and traditional channels. His overall position is “what’s best for the patient”. Robert takes pride that the retention rates of Byram’s patients are one of the highest in the industry providing a high level of patient satisfaction.
Robert is a graduate of Syracuse University SI Newhouse school of communications and resides in Westchester County in NY with his family.
