Sara Crate

Sara has spent her career developing strategies and leading teams of innovators to create best-in-class solutions to support organizations that share her ideals. As Chief Commercial Officer at DispatchHealth, Sara supports the organization's mission to transform healthcare by building a comprehensive system of care in the home. In addition, she and her team empower the health system and payer partners with the resources and programs to succeed in our rapidly changing healthcare ecosystem. Before her position at DispatchHealth, she served as chief sales officer at the world's largest senior care network and technology platform, Honor, as well as senior vice president of partner development at Evolent, a publicly held company driving breakthrough clinical and admirative results for payer and provider partners and serving a national network of leading health care providers. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, Sara led business development and client engagement within the health and wellness division of Walgreens.

Sara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS from Northwestern University. She has served on several Boards of Directors including the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Race for the Cure, the Harvard Business School’s of Oregon’s Community Partners program, and Girls on the Run of the Portland Metro. She resides in Portland, OR with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs.
