Sean McNattin leads the Population Health product suite and new product development for Optum Health Solutions and Optum Behavioral Health focusing on whole person care. He has been with UnitedHealth Group for 22 years developing products and managing businesses in the population health and consumer space.
Most notable of these products include the Special Needs Initiative, Personal Health Support, Wellness Coaching, Optum Health Care Advisor, and Advocate4Me. As part of the Advocate4Me development process Sean and the team created a predictive personalization and intelligent routing capability generating multiple US patents. Sean has received several innovation awards at UnitedHealth Group over the years including the Collaboration Cup, UnitedHealthcare Innovation Leadership Award, and the Optum Innovation Leadership Shadow award.
