Sravanthi Padullaparti-Jackson

Sravanthi Padullaparti-Jackson is a Manager within the Strategy & Growth team with a focus on health equity, population health, and value-based care. She has six years of healthcare experience, serving government, national commercial payers, and health system clients. For the last two years, she has served in a leadership capacity for the Optum Center for Health Equity, which seeks to develop workforce competencies on health equity topics and commercialize advisory services for clients interested in advancing health equity for their organizations and patients. Sravanthi holds a Master of Science in Public Health with a concentration in healthcare research, and a Masters of Public Policy with a concentration in health policy and evaluation. Sravanthi is passionate about combining data-informed insights with market research and expert input to design, develop, and operationalize effective strategies for healthcare leaders.
