Stephanie Papes Strong (Founder & CEO, Boulder Care) has dedicated her career to innovation in healthcare, working to move the industry forward through venture capital investing, entrepreneurship, published research in India, and systems innovation at Duke University Medical Center.

Stephanie has been awarded Forbes 30 under 30 in healthcare (2019), Portland Business Journal 40 under 40 (2020), Geekwire's Entrepreneur of the Year award (2021) and recognition by Fast Company as Boulder Care was named to the list of World's 10 Most Innovative Companies in healthcare (2021).

A graduate of Highest Distinction from Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy, Stephanie previously consulted in Washington, D.C. on emerging programs for Medicaid beneficiaries in value-based care during the passage of the Affordable Care Act. Prior to several years investing in healthcare services and technology out of a $1.5 billion venture capital fund, Stephanie worked in investment banking in San Francisco and New York. She has held strategy, operating, and/or Board roles with leading startups in outpatient opioid addiction treatment, mobile oncology, dermatology, and palliative care management.
