He adeptly and successfully oversees the delivery of Quantum Health’s services and supports Quantum Health® Pods, clinical and support team operations, healthcare ecosystem partnerships, enterprise project management, operations excellence, and human resources management. He has helped lead the company through significant growth, more than tripling in size during his tenure, while simultaneously increasing its Net Promoter Score® (NPS®), the gold standard for measuring customer satisfaction across all industries. Quantum Health’s NPS is consistently in the mid-70s, which rivals some of the world’s best-regarded brands. Additionally, under his leadership, Quantum Health has earned multiple Best Places to Work awards from Columbus Business First. Knight has extensive experience in healthcare, having held several roles at Quantum Health and, before that, Cardinal Health.
