Tim Kelly is Head of Commercial Partnerships, including Health Plans, Ecosystems, and TPAs, at Lantern. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the health care industry, highlighted by work at United Healthcare (NJ Market VP of Sales and Account Management), Aetna/CVS Health (President of National Accounts, PEO’s and Verticals) and Carrot Fertility (Chief Commercial Officer). Tim is passionate about driving new and innovative healthcare solutions/connections to improve quality, affordability, accessibility and equity and is excited to bring this passion to EDH.
During his 15-year career at Aetna, Tim led multiple lines of business including administration of medical, dental, pharmacy benefit management, behavioral health and employee assistance programs, benefits administration, clinical programs, and well-being programs for all national account clients. During his tenure, Tim had P&L responsibility for hundreds of national accounts and managed a high-performing sales and account management team of 500 people. In addition, during his tenure at Aetna, Tim was responsible for sales enablement for all commercial businesses that included broker/consultant relations, exchanges, verticals, professional employer organization and customer relationship management businesses.
