Tonya Webster

Senior Vice President, Member, Account & Provider Service, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

Tonya Webster currently serves as Senior Vice President of Member, Account, and Provider Service for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) where she is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all customer service functions for over 3M members. Prior to her role in service, Tonya was the Chief Consumer Experience Officer for BCBSMA where she led the implementation of new initiatives to drive consumer engagement. She has an extensive background in leading customer experience and digital transformations for the Fortune 50 companies like Comcast, Citibank, and General Electric.

Tonya holds a degree from the University of Texas-San Antonio and an MBA from our Lady of the Lake University.
