Dr. Tram Thai is the Clinical Services Director at Cureatr. Dr. Thai has a passion for the advancement of innovative practices to improve health equity. She earned her PharmD at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency from Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. In her current role, Dr. Thai works collaboratively with other departments to develop and implement new processes and initiatives, manages various clinical programs, and leads a team of clinical pharmacists to provide high-quality care. Prior to joining Cureatr, she was instrumental in the expansion of the transitions of care program and evolved the role of clinical pharmacists in specialty clinics throughout the Mount Sinai Downtown network in New York.
