Ms. Oddo, Senior Vice President of Quality Products and Solutions, is executive sponsor for all Quality Spectrum® client engagements. Ms. Oddo is a knowledge expert with 25+ years of experience in clinical quality, inclusive of quality measurement and improvement, HEDIS accreditation, credentialing and utilization/case management.
In her role as executive sponsor, Ms. Oddo meets regularly with the Quality Spectrum® leadership team, HEDIS product service managers, and multiple synergistic departments in support of product execution; she is responsible for and oversees all aspects of the Quality Spectrum® solution development and deployment efforts. She proactively reviews critical success factors and any potential impediments associated with the services provided.
Prior to joining Inovalon, Ms. Oddo served as the national leader of enterprise quality for Anthem, Inc. As the Vice President of Corporate Clinical Quality Management, Ms. Oddo was responsible for Anthem’s strategy and P&L success, and execution for clinical quality performance for 38 million members across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial populations and products. This accountability encompassed results tied to HEDIS, CMS QRS Stars, CMS HEDIS Stars, Medicaid value based purchasing programs as well as NCQA, URAC, and related state and federal accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Oddo also served as Corporate Senior Quality Leader at Amerigroup Corporation, which was acquired by Anthem in 2013. In this role, she established Amerigroup’s clinical quality program, achieving NCQA accreditation within 3 years for 11 health plans and double digit improvements in HEDIS scores tied to revenue and regulatory requirements. Previous roles included Vice President of Clinical Health Services and Quality for Aetna, Chief Operating Office for Vale-U-Health, and other innovation positions in medical management with UPMC Health Plan and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Ms. Oddo received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State University and her master’s degree in Public Management with a concentration in Health Systems from the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Health at Carnegie Mellon University. She holds active Registered Nurse compact licensure in 25 states and is a member of the American College of HealthCare Executives, the American Association of Managed Care Nurses, and the Sigma Theta Tau Beta Sigma Chapter of the International Honor Society of Nursing. Ms. Oddo is also a member of the Board of Directors with the ARDX Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on mental health wellness.
