Ann Baker is currently Vice President of Care Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan with responsibility across the commercial market.

She has more than 27 years experience in the health care industry. In her current position, she is responsible for delivery of care management programs including Blue Cross Coordinated Care and Your Dedicated Nurse. Prior to her current position, Baker worked at Henry Ford Health System, where she was responsible for the design and management of research, clinical policy, clinical practice improvement and medical informatics initiatives.

She also worked for several years as a registered dietitian and health educator in the field. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Michigan State University, and a master’s degree in public health with a focus on health education and health behavior from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
