Brent Walker is EVP Marketing & Analytics for PatientBond, a platform for digital patient engagement. In this role Brent is responsible for marketing strategy and execution, and integrating consumer insights into the PatientBond platform. Brent led the development of PatientBond’s psychographic segmentation model, which personalizes messaging based on patients’ motivations and communication preferences. Before PatientBond, Brent spent 20 years in marketing with P&G in its healthcare division, leading brands, customer marketing and psychographic segmentation. Brent has delivered a variety of publications and presentations covering healthcare marketing topics, featured in Forbes, MedCity News, The Commonwealth Fund and Hospitals & Health Networks.
