As President of PatientBond, Casey Albertson is responsible for business development, both in the form of sales and industry partnerships.  PatientBond is a cloud based targeted healthcare engagement platform leveraging psychographics and dynamic digital communications to amplify results for hospitals, health plans, pharma companies and physician groups.  PatientBond has delivered significant improvement among patients/members in variety if clinical settings, and a wide range of marketing applications such as acquisition and loyalty of patients/members.

In 2012, Casey co-developed c2b solutions, the nation’s leading psychographic healthcare marketing firm. in 2014, a partnership was formed with PatientBond, with c2b and the psychographic model being acquired by PatientBond in December 2017.

Previously, Casey spent 28 years at the Procter & Gamble Company in a variety of Sales and Marketing leadership roles. He led the MDVIP Sales team (Physician Retainer Model), he developed PBM and retail pharmacy platforms to link Rx to OTC purchases for ecommerce and retail partners, and he led the Pharma Account Management organization. He developed an Industry first Medical Risk Contracting strategy for the Rx product Actonel, and his account managers received top industry customer rankings, continually rated in the top tier of Pharma.

In a marketing capacity, he co-developed and led the P&G Health Care Consumer Institute® (HCI).  This value-add business unit developed deep insights on consumer behavior in healthcare. This work and its place in business is the foundation for the PatientBond focus on psychographics.
