Erin Mackay is a health policy director with nearly 15 years experience in the areas of health system transformation, patient engagement and health information technology. As managing director for health justice at the National Partnership for Women & Families, Erin manages the team’s strategic and operational planning, including coaching and developing staff, grant management, and overall oversight of execution and projects and activities. She also leads a portfolio of Health Justice projects focused on system transformation, health equity, and maternal health. Erin is also a respected consumer advocate with subject matter expertise in health information technology (health IT) policy and consumer health data access. Erin has effectively shaped policies and practices to better support people’s health across the lifespan – including the specific health needs of women as patients, decision-makers and family caregivers.
