Jean-Pierre Stephan is a Managing Director in Accenture Health, leading the Health Customer Engagement practice and helping clients transform the functions of customer experience, digital, marketing, sales and product, patient access, and service. JP is passionate about dramatically improving the way individuals experience health and healthcare. He is responsible for Accenture’s Health Customer Engagement practitioners, solutions and alliances, research and thought leadership, and has published and presented numerous points of view, most recently “Patient Experience: How Health Systems Can Rebuild and Grow”. JP’s experiences include over 20 years of healthcare digital, consumer engagement, and customer relationship management initiatives. He helps clients define customer strategies, design differentiated customer experiences, select leading solutions, implement advanced customer capabilities, and run digital and customer services. He has led large and innovative customer transformations in healthcare to drive growth, loyalty and efficient operations.
