Program Manager, Da Vinci Project and Payer Practice Lead, Point–of–Care Partners
Jocelyn is a senior health care information technology consultant with expertise in payer/provider collaboration, prior authorization workflows, specialty pharmacy and software product development. She was selected in December of 2017 as Project Manager for Da Vinci, a Payer/Provider led initiative to leverage HL7 FHIR © to exchange critical data required for Value Based Care contracts. In addition, she co-leads two task-groups, Specialty Benefit Identification and ePA Workflow to Transaction at NCPDP. Prior to POCP, Jocelyn led product development and integration teams to implement payer to provider tools, platform assets and workflows including authorization at NaviNet/NantHealth leveraging custom, X12, NCPDP and HL7 standards including leadership on the NCPDP ePA draft standard pilot with CVS Caremark, CoverMyMeds and Surescripts. She has provided tactical and strategic advisement to the leadership teams throughout her career to evolve product development organizations from custom development organizations to a SaaS and API enabled product companies. Before making the decision to shift work in HIT, Jocelyn spent 12 years leading change, product and project management organizations for Thomson Financial/Thomson Reuters.
