Katie Domalakes is the Sr Director of Clinical Affairs & Program Development for Medicaid and CHIP at UPMC Health Plan. She has extensive experience in clinical program development and implementation with various populations including pregnant women, medically complex children, and individuals with co-occurring physical health and behavioral health conditions. Katie is a licensed social worker and draws on both her clinical training and the role of social work advocacy to create dynamic patient centered programming. Currently she oversees all clinical program development for UPMC for You and UPMC for Kids -together both programs cover over 525,000 lives across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Katie is passionate about furthering health equity and enhancing quality of life for Medicaid and CHIP members through expanding community-based programming, developing a comprehensive social determinant of health strategy and fostering collaborative relationships with community-based organizations and providers.
